Our partner schools
North East SCITT works in partnership with over 70 schools across the North East, from Darlington to Northumberland, meaning you could train in a school close to home.
Trainees will begin exciting teaching placements in schools across the North East on the very first day of their training. Schools are matched to each trainee based on subject and phase, location, and availability.
We also have two training hubs available for core training, one in Traynor House in Peterlee, and one in Meadowdale Academy in Bedlington - trainees can choose either location!
